Counseling Sessions are 60 minutes. Most clients start out meeting with me weekly to achieve best results.

A good number of our clients are private pay due to the increase in confidentiality when not utilizing insurance. Sessions are $175 with Theresa and $150 with Mina.

If you would like to utilize insurance, we are in Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (with the exception of Blue Value, Blue Local and High Performance plans). Often times other insurance carriers will provide some level of out-of-network reimbursement. We are happy to provide needed documentation if you are wanting to take advantage of this insurance benefit.

If you would like to utilize out-of-network coverage with your insurance we can provide the appropriate documentation you would need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
